In Brazil’s embrace, I first found my way.

A foreign land where the sun kissed the bay.

The culture, the rhythm, the dance of the streets,

With every step, my heart found its beat.

The laughter and warmth of each smiling face.

In every corner, I discovered a trace

Of history, of pride, and of a people so grand,

I learned more than I had ever planned.

The nights were long and the days slipped away,

But each moment lingered, begged me to stay.

If only those weeks could stretch into years,

To dive deeper into the joys and the fears.

But as I depart, Recife’s light is in my soul,

A part of me stays, making me whole.
